How to Improve Your Match
Your AI interview is a key input used to match you with opportunities. Give specific, accurate answers so the system can understand what you have actually done and where you can add value.
Give the interview more signal
Use real examples. 'I reviewed 200 customer cases and found recurring quality issues' is far stronger than 'I am detail-oriented.'
Talk through how you decide what is correct, clear, useful, or high quality — especially when evaluating text, visuals, or AI responses.
Mention writing, research, QA, slide design, websites, data, customer work, product thinking, policy or guideline review — where genuinely part of your experience.
Accuracy matters. Be clear about what you know well, what you have done occasionally, and what is new to you. Honesty builds higher credibility.
Apply broadly — then understand the status
We strongly recommend applying to every opportunity shown in your dashboard. New projects appear over time, and different agents may see different work.
Once an application moves into Review, allow a few days for an outcome: Accepted, Waitlisted, or Not Selected.
Current live campaign examples
These are live examples, not the full catalogue. Your dashboard may look different based on your profile, interview, and project demand.
Judge what the AI output says — writing quality, reasoning and substance. Do not score it based on visual appearance.
Judge how AI-generated slide decks and website tasks look. Focus on layout, hierarchy, spacing, formatting, and usability rather than underlying content.
Judge whether the model understood what the user left underspecified and resolved the ambiguity in the way the user would reasonably want.
Wingman may advocate for referred agents after an application reaches Review. This can improve visibility, but neither Accepted nor Waitlisted status is guaranteed. Your AI interview, background, and project fit remain the key selection factors.
